This amazing tour takes you to the inlands of Crete. After visiting a olive factory with tasting of the different qualities of oil we are heading direction the mountain village of Kritza. Along the old Minoan paths and civilizations to the unknown Crete. Pure Nature, wild landscapes and breathtaking views. One highlight on your tour is the protected mountain forest of Kroustas. than we heading over the mountains south where we will serve your lunch in a very nice taverna with mountain spring water, far away from civilization you will be able to meet our local host and feel what Cretan hospitality really means.

Next stop will be the amazing Gorge of Sarakina, where you can hike depending your skills and fitness.

A visit in Myrtos at the beach of the Lybian sea (with possibility to swim) ends this amazing day.

Itinerary

1. Elounda

   starting location. But we pick you up at your hotel also in other towns.

2. Agios Nikolaos

   Visit of a family factory for olives and olive products, tasting of different quality and sorts of olive oil

   30 minutes
3. Kritsa

   We will visit one of the oldest villages of Crete, you have the change to see the small houses, the church and if you like, you can do some souvenir shopping. By the way: one of the world best olive oil is coming from here

   20 minutes

4. We will visit the wonderful mountain forest near crusts, it look like direct from the movies of Harry Potter .... you will be surprised to see something like this in Crete

5. Sarakina Gorges

   You will see the beautiful gorge of Sarafina, we will enter as far as possible without special equipment. Impressive stones and a perfect place for pictures

Meeting and pickup

We pick you up at your hotel villa or apartment. We dont pickup from Chania or Rethimno. We pickup for normal tours from the regions of Heraklion, Chersonissos, Malia, Sissi, Agios Nikolaos, Elounda, Istron and Ierapetra.
