   You'll be treated to five delightful wines crafted by local wine heroes - passionate winemakers who pour their heart and soul into each bottle. Savor each sip alongside locally-sourced delicacies like artisanal cheeses, savory pies, honey and olive oil, perfectly complementing the flavors of our exceptional wines.
   
   During our wine tastings, we'll take you on a journey to explore the fascinating winemaking history of Crete and provide interesting insights into the unique processes employed by our selected winemakers.
