1. Begin your sensory journey by meeting our welcoming staff at our boutique estate in Vatolakkos. You will head straight to the core of the operation: the active production area and the aging cellar. Surrounded by the equipment and resting oak barrels, listen as our experts reveal the intricate steps of the winemaking process.
   
   You'll discover the philosophy behind our wines and learn how we select and cultivate our grape varieties—including Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Roussanne—following rigorous guidelines set by an international team of oenologists from France, the United States, and Greece.
   
   After uncovering the secrets of the cellar, the highlight of your tour awaits in our peaceful garden. Sit back, relax, and satisfy your palate with a guided tasting of 5 distinct regional wines (please note: wine types depend on availability). To elevate the flavors, your tasting is authentically paired with a simple yet delicious traditional Cretan snack: crispy flatbread (rusks) drizzled with local extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.
